RepairShopr is our brand new workshop system which allows customers to be more interactive with us as well as them being able to monitor the progress of their tickets.


RepairShopr provides customers with their own login details so they can view all the tickets they have or have had with us and the comments made by the technician who worked on their device. It also allows for the customer to create their own ticket to let us know that they are bringing in a device and why.

This system creates customer and asset management so we can monitor which devices you have booked in with us, how many times the same device has come in and ensure we find a solution to your problem.
We are very excited about the new system and would appreciate any feedback!
